All property owners must obtain a Right-of-way Permit [PDF, 114.26 KB] before commencing any work on the right-of-way property.

Placing flagpoles, flags, and gardens in the right-of-way is prohibited.

Planting gardens on right-of-way properties that you do not own, such as county ditches or county property, is prohibited.
